The beautiful realm of artwork has always been Tattoo Chango's passion and he first honed his skills at an early age. He first began his artistic creativity as a child, drawing new GI Joe characters, that had he became old enough would have surely garnered him a spot at Hasbro Entertianment, the maker of the popular cartoon.
